Allison supports clients with renewable energy and water resiliency strategies. She leads analytical and problem solving efforts to identify and implement impactful projects, often focusing on change management and organizational awareness of best fit renewable energy and water solutions. She has specialized in water footprinting, solution identification, renewables procurement and contracting, and supply chain engagement.
Allison also leads Coho’s onboarding efforts to welcome new hires and prepare them to make impact with our clients. When she’s not supporting clients and new team members, she plans team events and ongoing improvement initiatives as part of the Coho Cares Wellness Team.
Prior to joining Coho, Allison worked in member relations at Green Energy Ohio, a nonprofit focused on advocating for clean energy solutions in the state. She holds a Master of Environmental Science degree concentrating on Energy & the Environment as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Energy, and Sustainability from Miami University. Allison lives in Ohio where she enjoys playing soccer, reading, and watching hockey (go Blue Jackets!).
