Angela is responsible for the daily record-updating and documentation of Coho’s Human Resources department and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries. She manages all the essential Human Resource administration tasks, ensures Coho’s compliance on regulatory matters, and creates an effective communication bridge between the employees and the company. She has a deep background in onboarding, orientation, instructional system design and delivery, policy and procedure development, and performance assessment in dynamic, performance-oriented environments. As a member of the company’s Wellness Team, Angela works to help Coho create and sustain and culture that promotes team members’ individual mindfulness and physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Prior to joining Coho, Angela held various positions at the Washington Post, her most recent, an Organizational Development Consultant, where she improved employee performance and fostered employee engagement through the development of a learning strategy, and the facilitation of training programs and organizational initiatives. She was also responsible for the onboarding of new employees and managing and automating core HR processes.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, planning events, traveling, listening to music, reading, watching tv and volunteering at her son’s school.Back to Team Page
