Youqiao (Joy) provides analytical and research support throughout client engagements. Prior to joining Coho, she worked for the Climate Investment Funds of the World Bank, serving as an operation consultant at the Technical Assistance Facility. Joy concentrated in energy and climate change policy at Georgetown University, graduating with a Master of Public Policy degree. She is native in Chinese. In her free time, Joy enjoys playing tennis and exploring the city.
