Rachel supports Coho’s operations, process improvement, forecasting and GAAP reporting. She has a background in Real Estate Investement Trust (REIT) accounting, previously working at JBGSmith as an accounting manager. Prior, Rachel was a Senior Associate at PwC, where she served large public companies on various audit engagements. She also is a CPA. She holds a BSM in Finance and Master of Accounting from Tulane University.
Rachel enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends and two dogs.
